All custom orders are subject to availability and our final confirmation. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your order date. Quotes are valid only for the timeframe specified during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Any changes to an existing custom order must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and may be subject to additional fees. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the pickup or delivery date will forfeit the entire deposit.
